Data deletion

How to ask Mohammad Ayman Aljonaidee Software Establishment (operating as “start23”) to delete the personal data we hold about you.

Last updated: 6 May 2026

Who this is for

This page applies to two groups: (1) business owners with a start23 or Replai account, and (2) end users who have messaged a business that uses Replai on WhatsApp or Instagram. Anyone in either group can ask us to delete their data, free of charge.

1. Account holders (businesses)

If you have a Replai account, email us from the address associated with your account and tell us you want it deleted. We will close the account and delete the associated data within 30 days, except for invoices and accounting records which we are required by Jordanian tax law to retain for 10 years.

2. End users (Replai conversations)

If you have messaged a business that uses Replai and you want your conversation history deleted, email us from your phone email or include the WhatsApp / Instagram number you used in the body of the message. We will identify and delete the conversation logs and any non-essential booking data tied to that number within 30 days. We may retain anonymised booking timestamps where deletion would conflict with our business client's accounting obligations.

3. How to send the request

Email mohammad@start23.io with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Include either the email address on your account, or the WhatsApp / Instagram phone number you used to contact a Replai-powered business. We may ask one verification question before deleting, to make sure the request is from you.

4. Timeline

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your data has been removed.

5. Cost

We do not charge for data deletion requests.

6. If something goes wrong

If you believe we have mishandled your data or failed to act on a deletion request, write to us first at mohammad@start23.io. If unresolved, you can contact the Jordanian Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship.
