Refund & cancellation policy

Plain-language rules for cancelling a Replai subscription and getting a refund. Issued by Mohammad Ayman Al-Jonaidee Software Establishment, operating as “start23”.

1. What this covers

This policy applies to paid subscriptions to Replai (Starter, Growth, Pro, and any custom Enterprise plan). The Free plan has no charges and so no refunds; you can stop using it at any time.

2. Cancelling your subscription

Monthly plans. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. You keep full access until that date and you will not be charged again. We do not pro-rate partial months for monthly plans, by design — you paid for the month, you get the month.

Annual plans. You can cancel an annual plan at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not, on its own, trigger a refund. Refund eligibility is in section 3 below. Within the annual period you can also downgrade to a smaller plan or pause your account without losing the time already paid for.

How to cancel. Either method works: open your dashboard → Settings → Account → Cancel subscription, or email mohammad@start23.io from the address on the account. We confirm cancellations in writing within 1 business day.

3. Refunds

First-month money-back guarantee. If Replai is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of your first paid charge (whether monthly or annual) and we refund 100% of that first payment with no questions asked. The 14 days run from the timestamp of the successful charge, not from the day you signed up.

Monthly plans after the first month. Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month you keep service until the period ends. We make this clear so the price is predictable for both sides.

Annual plans after the first 30 days. Annual plans are non-refundable past day 30 of the term. Inside the first 30 days the first-month guarantee above applies and we refund the full annual charge. After day 30 you can still downgrade to a smaller plan or pause — we just do not return the cash that has already been applied to the year.

Service failure refunds. If we suffer an extended outage (Replai unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours and the outage is on our side, not on Meta, Telegram, or your own infrastructure), email us and we will pro-rate a service credit or refund covering the affected period. We do not refund downtime caused by third-party platforms (Meta App Review suspensions, WhatsApp Business policy actions on your number, Instagram account restrictions, Telegram bot policy actions). For those we help you resolve the issue and keep your subscription paused while it is being worked.

4. How refunds are paid back

Refunds are returned to the original payment method: card refunds land back on the card within 5 to 14 business days depending on your issuing bank; bank transfer refunds within 3 to 7 business days. We do not issue refunds in cash, store credit, or to a different person’s account.

For Jordanian customers paying by CliQ or local bank transfer, refunds are processed back to the same account that paid us. Please make sure the account name matches the name on your Replai invoice — banks will reject mismatches.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please email us first at mohammad@start23.io so we can resolve it directly. We aim to respond within one business day. Most billing disputes are simple mistakes that take minutes to fix on our side. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first can result in your account being suspended, since chargebacks carry fixed fees we then have to recover.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan has no recurring charge and no refund is possible because no money changed hands. You can stop using the Free plan at any time by deleting your account from Settings, or by emailing us.

7. Promotional and prepaid balances

Credits issued by us as part of a promotion, partner program, or service-credit refund are non-cashable and non-transferable. They expire 12 months after issue unless the promotion specifies a shorter period in writing.
